MALAYSIA MIZUNO WAVE RUN 2013

Venue: Dataran Putrajaya Presint 3, Putrajaya.
Distance: 16 KM
Flag off: 6:30 AM

Gambar dari jauh. masa ni aku betul2 baru sampai. berhenti sekejap ambil gambar dan sempat upload. walhal orang dah beratur panjang kat depan pejabat kehakiman tu. disebabkan aku sampai lambat, aku beratur agak belakang juga. 5 minit lepas flag off baru sampai start point (-.-)

setengah jam pertama, masa tu baru 5km aku lari. aku dah sampai area flyover depan PICC, jalan sebelah aku dah nampak orang Kenya dan seorang Chinese lari tinggal 5 KM nak sampai finish lane. aduh. aku macam baru nak panas badan dia dah nak sampai?! gila 16KM 45 minit? brrr... macam mana la diaorang boleh dapat stamina mantaps macam tu. huhu

aku? 10 Km pertama aku lari dengan gagahnye. gagah la sangat. makan masa sejam 15 minit gak. aku tengok signboard 11 KM, aku dah start berjalan. lari 100 meter, jalan. lari 100 meter, jalan 1 KM. lols. sampai la 2 jam setengah kat finish lane. kihkihkih...

ha tu dia.. dapat gak medal finisher 16 KM. nak tercabut lutut aku lari hari tu. tapi xpe, passionate punya pasal kan. layankan aje la.. hehehe... yang penting lepas marathon tu, aku terus pergi berjimba kat KL tanpa rest sampai malam. dung - terus tertido tak sedar diri. nasib baik isnin tu aku cuti. kih kih kih.

MALAYSIA BROOKS HALF MARATHON 2013

Venue: Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil

Gambar dekat starting point. Spotlight tu dah macam UFO lak ghoman eh. kekadang macam bom meletus ade gak.. ade gak la rupe planet marikh yang boleh nampak direct dari Malaysia ni kan. hehe. ape saje lah. yang penting tangkap guna phone je memang cenggitu la kan...

Alhamdulillah. pulun lari dapat gak medal. aku punye yang kaler silver tu. yang lagi 3 bronze tu kawan-kawan aku punya. lain sikit sebab aku masuk kategori 10km, deorang 5km. nak masuk 5km same2 tapi aku dah jual bib 5km aku dulu. kononnya 3hb ade sukan komuniti Petronas dan aku join sekaki. tapi PRU ambil dewan untuk mesyuarat tergempar katenye. kebetulan pulak ade orang nak let go bib 10km dia dengan harga rm50, aku beli je la. ade hikmahnye semua ini kan. 

Brooks ni event marathon pertama untuk tahun 2013 yang aku participate. bila buka FB, ramai pulak kengkawan yang join. huh. next run setakat ni yang dah confirm - Standard Charted KL. sesiapa yang join, jumpa di sanaaaaaa. lalalalalalala~~~

Penang Bridge International Marathon 2012

Date: 18 November 2012
Venue: Penang Bridge, Penang
Flag off: 6:30 a.m.
Category: 10km women open.



The journey begins. From southern to northern.


Almost there..


On the bridge.


Getting dark. 4 hours drive from Subang Jaya.

Night. Full of lights. View from my apartment. Not far from the bridge.


Pasembur. Penang's pronounced it as "pasemboq"

Beef soup and bread. The second dish because I'm really hungry. Yes, I'm hungry most of the time :pi
This place is called Padang Brown. Place where you can have a good food for your mouth ;)


Looking for the starting point. It is nearby the Seagate/Eastin Hotel.


I'm not a fast runner and don't have much stamina to stop on the bridge and take some pictures like other participants. Hoho. Finish point was at Queensbay.




The crowds. Water.. Water.. People are thirsty.
I que in the wrong lane which end up we need to pay for the water. Urgh. Wasting my time and energy. Don't mind to pay but the point is, I don't bring any money! Sigh.


Dare to dream? Haha.


Tired! I'm here but need to walk on the flyover to get back to the car. I almost get lost since I forgot where the car was parked and realized that it was at the end of the flyover. Huh.


Time to fulfill the stomach's alert.
My friend's mee udang. It is at Taman Tun Sardon. It looks like a famous place with delicious food. Most of the runners was eating here. I'm not eating anything *rugi* because I already had 2 bowls of cereals, 3 glass of 100plus and 4 glass of Milo at the finished point.




Not changing yet. Still with the running vase and have a sightseeing. This place is Marina Bay. We have a chitchat, share the experiences during the run and...


Do the shopping! We go to Overrun Factory Outlets (OFO). This place got a lot of branded clothes, for men, women, boys, girls and babies. Cheap - I think with a lot of discounts especially on second items.


Oh I'm sorry. Done already. Too hungry and really delicious till forgot to have some pict on it. It is at Original Kayu Nasi Kandar. Opposite to the Vistana Hotel.


Sunset. Heading back to Subang Jaya with a really really really bad traffic. It tooks 6 hours driving!! Reached USJ at 1 a.m. And still have to go work for next day :(
